As a Countertop Expert, we focus on every detail for various countertop orders & projects. Following is briefly about how we work.

1. Drawing Processing

To understand well client’s drawing is the first step. Our professional engineers are very experienced with architectural and stone-processing knowledge. Even you give us only sketch or blueprint, we can also make auto-CAD shop drawing for you. Especially for projects, we are very skilled to transfer easy-read drawing from client’s original shop drawings. And measure detailed sizes with special tool in PDF.

2. Professional Production

Have been focus on producing countertops for more than 10 years, all our countertops are processed by sophisticated machine and professional craftsmen under quality management system of ISO9001 standard. Due to different characteristics, Quartz countertops require higher standard & more skilled processing than Granite countertops. To achieve this, we produce Quartz countertops particularly in one of our factory to assure better quality, and granite in another. For each special or big countertops project, we set up project team combining Sales, Engineers, Production Dept., QC and Shipping Dep., to assure project ongoing smoothly.

3. Inspection

We have a professional QC team with loyal, experienced and serious inspectors. Our inspection starts from Blocks selection, which is the key step. We always try our best to select blocks from the same quarry to produce for the same order & project. Our inspectors adhere to tolerance and specifications, inspecting countertops piece by piece, to make sure none of unqualified products out of our factories.

4. Package

Professional packing is the key step to deliver the goods safely to your site. As countertops always with sink cut-out, edge processing , strong packing is extremely important, thus we pay specially great attention to it. Our inspectors watch packing for every order. From the surface protection to Fragile sign, from wooden crates, supermarket cartons & boxes, plywood pallet to plywood crates, we have a series of packing methods to take good care of your goods.

5. Container Loading

Professional and careful loading is another important step for safe delivery. Either loading in workshop for slabs or countertops, or loading in container yard, our staff will watch the goods loaded successfully & safely into containers and strengthening afterwards.
